Introduction

The Wembley Park regeneration has already created 800-1000 jobs across the estate and at London Designer Outlet and is now creating, even more, opportunities for local people as well as up to 900 construction jobs per month during the build phases. Summary 

We are an award winning Specialist Design & Build Contractors, Developers, Asset Managers and Investors with almost 50 years experience.

Roles and responsibilities 

  • Installation of power, lighting, fire, security systems
  • Preventative maintenance service
  • Safety compliance checks
  • Testing of systems
  • Fault finding
  • Strict compliance with latest health and safety standards
  • Willing to wear PPE at all times

 We are currently looking for an Apprentice with the following requirements

  • Good GCSE maths and English grade C or above
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be punctual
  • Must be able to follow instruction of supervisor

The ideal candidate will be

  • Must have valid CSR card
  • Must have a grade C or above in Mathematics and English
  • Capable of working in various site conditions (damp, cold, breezy)
  • Flexible approach to working hours to meet client requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have an understanding of cable core colours
  • Willing to take orders from site supervisor
  • Willing to work as part of a team
  • Well presented
  • Have an understanding of cleaning their own mess/work area at the end of a shift
  • Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions if in doubt
  • Capable of working on Narrow Isle Scaffolds and Podiums
